①Test method: Gear meshing test by rack and pinion
②Number of cycle: 100,000 cycles (1 reciprocal motion = 1 cycle)
③Length of rack: ℓ = 50mm
④Moving speed: 24mm/sec
⑤Revolution speed: 30min-1
⑥Pinion: Same as the above gear specification
⑦Torque value after the test: 0.12N･m or more
⑧Number of damper revolution per cycle: approx. 1 rev. in one-way
After the damper is stabilized at room temperature for 1 hour or more, the torque is measured at 30min-1.
