The above drawing shows operation angle of TD42A1 series dampers. Operation angle of TD42B1 series is symmetrical to the vertical line. Shaft position at the time of shipment is closed position.
TEST CONDITION
①Setting-up time: 20 sec/cycle
②Load torque:
- 4.90 N･m (50kgf･cm)
- 6.86 N･m (70kgf･cm)
- 8.83 N･m (90kgf･cm)
③Temperature: 23℃±2℃
④Angle for measuring the closing time: 90° → 0°
⑤Radial force: nothing
⑥Closing time after durability test:
- 4.90 N･m → 2.5 sec or more
- 6.86 N･m → 2.5 sec or more
- 8.83 N･m → 2.0 sec or more
After the damper is stabillized at room temperature for 1 hour or more, the closing time is measured using TOK in-house device.
